Poor customer service

I have been with Sprint for over 13 years. However, the customer service has always been unbearable. Recently, I have a dispute about international charges on one of my phone lines. I have a block on all international call on the phone. Due to sprint error, international calls were received on one of the lines, where it should have been blocked. As calling customer care and speaking with someone from the international department, I was told the charges would be removed after an investigation. The investigation was completed, and someone contacted me and said the charges would be removed. Of course, the charges have not been removed. It has been three months and now sprint finance department wants me to pay when the notes on the account clearly states the charges are to be removed. I was told by one of the finance representative’s Wesley, that his job was to collect as much money from customers as he can. It did not matter what the notes or investigation said. He further impersonated a supervisor and put me on hold for a very long time and became verbally abusive and refused to put his supervisor on the phone.
