I contacted T - Mobile on several occasions within the past 4 weeks. I have a Samsung Galaxy S phone. I have been having technical problems with phone. These problems make it not usable at times and annoying. Every time I called T-Mobile and I did trouble shooting for approximately 45 mins at least. Each time they set me a refurbished phone as a replacement because the phone was faulty. After them sending me a total of four replacement phones they offered to give me a different phone which was a downgrade of my phone. I refused because it was not the same brand of phone or the same features. I requested they give me a NEW phone Samsung Galaxy II which is the new version of the phone. They said sure if you sign a new two year contract, but this does not fix the problem that I am having with my phone. I have four lines on one account and pay approximately 285.00 per month for my bill. I'd like a phone that is same as my phone not a refurbished phone or a downgrade. They would like me to pay 529.00 for new phone. My phone is still under warranty. There is no damage to the phone, it is just defective. So, I'm being punished due to their poor product. Their suggestion was to wait until it was time for renewal and I could get the phone at a discounted price. This is unacceptable! I've have four of the same phones replaced something is wrong with the phones.
