Contacted ATT about a billing issue. I was on hold for a total of 70 minutes, cut off twice, transferred to the wrong department. ATT is charging over charging me for DSL service. ATT lost a payment that I sent via electronic, is charging me more then I owe on my account. The customer service is out of Manilla and is very, very poor. I got transferred to wrong departments and disconnected. I am contacting the headquarters to let them know how dissatisfied I am with their service. This is a huge corporation but their service is rotten.
