I was looking at buying the Nexus S phone through best buy because they are the only place that sells it to t-mobile customers. I first called to see if they had the phone and they proceeded to tell me i had to order it off the internet i could not get it in stores. So the next day i went on Bestbuy mobile to purchase the phone and they then told me after i got to the checkout part that there was an error with my order and gave me to customer care were the lady told me that i could not get the phone because i was not eligble for a full upgrade to get that price and i asked her why it does not say that on the web site and she aruged with me that it did. They she decided to tell me that i can get it at a lower cost then the orignal price with a one year contract extension when i had asked her if she could tell me what the price was she said i can't check that here you have to call a store. So i then called the Menomonee Falls store and they then told me that they can't even order the phone off line for me because they do not sell t-mobile phones in the store that i would have to go to the Southridge location. So then I called the Southridge location were the gentleman told me they as well do not sell those phones but the mall best buy does. So i called the southride mall location where the lady then told me that i could not recieve the phone from them because they can not do a 1 year contract extention argeement or a partical up grade like the phone company does. So needless to say the Best Buy comany is a piece of shit because they do not know what they are talking and just give you the run around so they do not have to worry about dealing with you.
