I just got a phone from MetroPCS on 8/14 at the Springfield, MA location on Cooley St. I was sent there from the stand in the mall because the phone I wanted at the mall was a returned phone. So i decided to go to the Springfield store and get the phone. A couple days later I was playing with the phone and clicked gallery and noticed there was 2 pictures on the phone (I hadnt taken any pictures) I clicked them and noticed they were pictures taken inside the store I bought the phone from! One of the pictures was of an EMPLOYEE. They charged me full price 299$ for a phone that they had opened and played with and was probably a returned phone as well. Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to call to see if there is anything I can do and their customer service said that they dont deal with sales from the store and were sorry it happened. Also, they say what you see is what you pay. So true. You see crappy phones and a shady company with poor service. Its what you get. Unlimited everything, because nothing works, I rarely have service even in my own home! The web never works! And most of the time I wont get a text from my friends until 3 hours after they sent it to me! TERRIBLE COMPANY. Pay the extra bill a month for a trustworthy company.
