Purchased and returned 3 metropcs phones next day, they did not refund my credit card

I bought 3 metropcs telephones from this store and returned them 24 hours later since i did so not just like the fineprint within the contract. This shop has didn't return or credit our credit card for that phones and its been over annually now obtaining the runaround.

That is isn't a genuine metropcs shop since they make you sign a contract with them to pay extra fees that you'd not need to pay if you bought from the genuine metropcs shop.
