Bad Customer Sevice, RUDE PEOPLE!

Well, back in July my husband and i got a family share plan from verizon wireless. We had tried many other cell phone companies, (at&t, suncom, sprint) and we weren't happy so we figured we might try verizon wireless. We were semi-happy in the beginning but it was no big deal. Well in March we decided to change our plan from 400 day minutes to 1500day minutes. When we switched over ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE!!!

WHen talking to the customer service rep i was assured that our plan would be switched over and my line would be the primary line and my husbands line would be the secondary line. Well the moron that i spoke with changed both lines to secondary lines so we werent getting any allotted minutes a month (basically we were paying for every minute we used.)

So after my bill came in it was $705.98!!! I got on the phone with verizon and tried to work it out. The lady that i spoke to assured me that she would change the plan and issue us a credit and it would show up on our next bill. LOW AND BEHOLD, next bill comes around, NO CREDIT, and NO CHANGE.

I called again and was connected with the rudest, stupidest woman i think i have ever spoken with. She told me that there were no records of me speaking with anyone about the problem and that we would not recieve a credit because it was not verizon's fault. I told her that it was verizon's fault and that i was not going to pay an 948.96 bill! Then she had the balls to say that, and i quote, "maam, when you say statements like that it makes us realize that you are guilty of these charges and you're going to pay off your bill or we will take you to collections!" Then the dumb ho hung up on me. So i called back, i was connnected with a very nice gentleman who "worked" it out and told me that the credit would be issued before the may bill.

MAY BILL. No credit was issued and now my phone is cut off. (Now mind you all along i've been sending payments to verizon for 158.00 because that's what our plan would cost plus some taxes. No one would give me an actual number so i kinda guessimated.) My phone is no longer working so i contact the finance dept. And they told me that i had not made a payment on my bill in over 60 days and that is why my service had been cut off.

I told the lady that i had been making payments and i had the cashed checks to prove it! She said that i had not paid off the 900.00 balance and that's why. I explained to her what was going on and that our phone service was not supposed to be interuppted because it was a verizon error. She told me that "verizon customer representatives know how to do their jobs correctly so if there was a problem it was with the customer's not the reps." I AM STEAMED BY THIS POINT. I asked to talk to her manager and she hung up on me.

I called back customer service and spoke with a rep who apologized for the inconvienence... Like im supposed to believe that. And assured me that the credit would be issued in 7-14 days. So only time will tell if that's the truth.

And to add wood to the fire. We have to pay 300.00 to get our phones cut off even though we're sick of dealing with verizon's crap! Dont get verizon wireless, because they never are working for me!!!
