Terrible Service review

I have been with Virgin Mobile for 5 years in New York City and service was Ok, so, so. When I moved to Austin TX, coverage was bad there is never signal at home and this is one of the best areas of Austin in Travis County. I bought a Wild Card new phone and the problem with the signal got real bad. I tried to return the phone during the trial period and Customer Service gave me the run around promising a return authorization number that was never delivered. Then I had to leave the country and I was stuck with a $90 dollars telephone that never worked properly. I came back to USA and it has been one problem with the service after another. I lost track of how many times I have called in the last few months and if I didn't call more is because it is not easy to get a "live advisor" and you need a lot of time. Finally I run out of balance (they will not refund your balance even when there is proof of lack of coverage) and was happy to see them go. My account is no contract, prepaid, so I tried to log in after the expiration date to make sure my info was deleted. My account showed as "past due" instead. I have excellent credit and never had a "past due account" I called to complaint and to please me they were willing to give me $20 in air time and a new battery for the phone because the old one can only keep the charge for 10 hours. The battery never came, but I got a back cover that I didn't need in a different color than the rest of the phone, and there is no way to use the $20 airtime because you get error messages trying to send text or making a call. I called to resolve it and... What a coincidence! There was a bad connection and couldn't communicate with the operator. At this point I gave up. I refuse to do anything else to try to work out the problems. They can keep their stinking $20, the battery and everything else. They can't get anything right even when they try to please you. This terrible deterioration of Customer Service, by the way, is the result of our losing these jobs to other countries that do not have the same standard of quality than the USA.
