Lack of "customer service"

On 26 July a verizon work crew erroneously disconnected my phone line while installing a phone line across the road. I have been repeatedly lied to and misinformed everytime that I call Verizon. I was initially told that since is was their fault, I would be fixed the following morning (Tues.) It is now Thursday afternoon and I still have no phone service. Every time that I call Verizon I get told a different story and am continually lied to. When I ask to speak to a Supervisor, I am told that they are either not in or are on the other line and they will call me back... Again, it is Thursday afternoon and I still have yet to get a call back from a Supervisor.
