I started by business 9 years ago with an altel phone. I had unlimited everything for $78 a month and never had a problem until the begining of 09 when my bill went over nine hundred. This happend at the same time verizon took over. I walk in with my bill and they can't tell me what the additional charges were for. All they could say was that it was valid charge and that I owed it. I made no changes in the way i use the phone or the phone it's self. I still can't figure out how they could charge for something that they could not explain. The bill came out of my bank directly. After the fourth month of being ripped off I was out off money. Like a run away train i couldn't stop it. I got my bank to make a stop payment and reverse charges. That lasted a week then verizon took it back. I went to the store again and again i begged then to find out and fix the problem. After i was good and broke i begged them to disconnect my service. They said that was another $200 I was broke and they wouldn't let me make payments on the disconnect fee. I was unable to make my house payment for those months because verizon would rob me before my house payment was takin out on the 15th of every month. When there was not enough money left to make the next months payment my phone stopped working and business phone number was lost. Verizon then put $3800 on my credit report. The bank forclosed on my house and my kids had to go live with their aunt and I was homeless. Totally ripped off! The people at Verizon treated my complaints like a big joke. Very Unamerican Company! I don't think I could ever forgive them. They ruined my life and my childrens life. They made it clear that they don't care one bit. It's all totally about money. Another capitalist company sending our money to china. Thanks Verizon!
