Untrained Rep Caused Me a Lot of Money

I spent 5 hours in this Verizon store to be told information that was not true, be sold the wrong phone, told there were rebates when their weren't when I finally did get the correct phone and was lied about how much the bill would be each month. I spent an additional 10 hours on the phone with Verizon being treated like a liar, being told 5 different reps would call me back and the NEVER did and basically being told too bad. The rep had come from Alltel and was placed on the floor too early. Even her co-worker sat there and rolled her eyes at the rep because she did not know what she was doing. This is what I get for trying to be patient and understanding. Then, a huge company as far as I am concerned could care less about their client and does not help me at all. I had to pay a $700 bill, another $500 bill followed that, and I am still trying to catch up from this disaster. Now, to help with the huge amount of money I have to pay them and try to catch up, I am going to have to pay another $175 to shut down one of my lines early so I can even afford the phone. I have never in my entire life have had or heard of a company lacking so much in customer service. The 5 reps that never returned my calls were bad enough, but look how much I paid to have them treat me this way.
