I would never order from them again - case

I ordered a cellphone case on 6/30/09 and my credit card was charged on 7/02/09. I was repeatedly lied to about the status of the order and on 8/05/09 I cancelled the order. They have not refunded my credit card saying they will send a check. My credit card company fraud division is investigating.
