WirelessGalaxy did not send my product after a month and 3 months later still no refund

I ordered a cell phone booster over the internet with a fast delivery of 5-7 days. After trying to get a tracking number for a month I finally canceled the order and demanded a refund. During this month I talked to several people and all of them commited to getting back to me in some form or another. Not once did anyone get back to me. At times they said it would be delivered today, shipped today, out of stock and other lies.

After canceling the order they said they were having trouble with their merchant account and could not refund my credit card. They did say they could send me a check. I agreed. I work out of town but had my family check periodicly for this check and it did not come. I started phoning again and got more lies. Last phone call they asked me to phone my credit card company and have them try and retreive the charges.

I have done this and my credit card company is cooperating but usually takes 30-45 days if they are successful.

WirelessGalaxy is a ripoff company and should be forced out of buisness by the legal system, BBB and th4e credit card companies. How can Pay Pal and other credit companys do buisness with such shady liers?
