Almost major parts of the phone is not working

Hi,

I bought a samsung GALAXY GRAND 4 months back and I have visited service centre 4 times. 1st there was charging related issue. I got the replacement of phone's jack. 2nd Motherboard had some problem since phone was hanging and not charging as well. Mother board replaced. 3rd Data Cable was not working. 4th now and latest Touch sensors are not working. Phone is with the service centre.
I had a very bad experience for owning GALAXY GRAND.
