I have a 2 month old Duos that originally went flat within 2 hrs. Took it in to Samsung Highpoint west and the technician looked at it and agreed its faulty and ordered a replacement for me and said it would take up to two weeks. After two weeks I rang and apparently no request for replacement raised. Many many phone calls and then email later and still no replacement. Emails take 2-3 days each for a reply. Phone calls are useless as your fed lies.
