I got a phone call first thing in the morning about my verizon phone service will be cut off due to overdue payment if not paid immediately. "That was not possible, " I thought because I have auto payment set up. I fiigured that it was automatically paid. My credit card expiration date was 6 and since payment was posted on July 2nd, I didn't think to review/edit or anything otherwise. I got it all taken care of after long call with the agent and bill was paid, except manager called me back few minutes later, asking why I was upset.instead of him just swollowing my complaints and excepting the old "customer is right" attitude, he keeps saying "your credit card is the problem, bababa..." and hung up on me. I wish I have my contract date soon to expire. I would look else where. I am commited to 3 because I have 4 phones are tied up with Verizon. I have been a customer for about 15 years or so. They never made me mad so much like this time.
