Bought a defective AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 (AT&T determined the unit is defective). Both AT&T and I called to make sure I could get the phone exchanged (it is a 45 minute drive) and we were both told no problem. When I got there they refused to do the exchange and when I asked to speak to a store manager the person who did come over was in fact not a store manager but a team lead and also refused to help. I then walked away and called AT&T they asked to speak to the store manager. The upshot was no help and as the AT&T rep and her manager said they could not believe the arrogant, rude behavior!
