I am Mad and I mean Mad, ATT I'm sure have broke every law know to man. I have had service with them for six years. My I phone was not working very good so thought about new phone but when I found out how much, I went with a another provider. On 6/15 I opened new service with Cricket and took my old number with me. My reg bill runs from 6/8 to 7/8 so old dumb me thought ok I canclled service with ATT on 6/15 so they will prorate my bill for those 7 days. Hello no way after five phone calls, today after my yelling to speak to a supervisor I found out that if you are as DUMB as me ATT does not prorate the bill they are making me pay for service from 6/8 to 7/8 a full month and on top of the full bill they are charging me a $5.00 late fee something is wrong with this picture. They told me to go on the web site and read their terms of service. I am so mad I think tomorrow morning bright and early I will be at the Valley River Store in Eugene OR and every person entering the store I will stop and give them my story. I am 69 and done with crap like this. I did not have a lease with them my contract ran out four years ago I am month to month but I guess they feel I am renting their service and should give them 30 days notice. I would say something else but would be sorry later.
