This is my second Galaxy Nexus (the first over heated and died 2 weeks after I purchased it), this second one I have had for 8 months and two days ago it stopped charging. Silly me, I contacted Samsung and reached a rep who didn't just give me the run around but did not help me at all. What I needed to transfer my data and images before it died completely, but did she tell me this? NO! Today having sighted the Goods and Services Act 1982 both to Amazon and Samsung and lol they were all helpful! Unfortunately, I am unable to acess my data or get any pictures off which is so annoying. Made more frustrating by the fact that today the person I spoke to said I should have transferred to drop box before I lost the phone! So with no phone and no real way of getting my data don't buy it, stay away from it.
