That is how I felt after ordering a phone and service from Prepayd wireless. To my credit I did call their customer service number prior to my decision. They answered quickly but could not answer my questions directly and had to "escalate".into the abyss. This is particularly frustrating because they knew enough to charge my card (which was 20$ over what the invoice stated) but now can't tell me about my order until I have service. This is frustrating because i paid for express delivery yet the phone has not yet shipped. My experience to date leaves me to think this company is not honest. I hope they will prove me wrong.
