Ripoff scam artist

Was mail a letter saying i won a prize was given a check to cover expence and taxes on the money i won put check in bank waited was told it cleared took money out sent to were they wanted then recived a letter from bank sinaguture are wrong and they closed my account and says i owe them money This place is a scam the guy wanted more money saying it was stuck in customs i need to pay more taxes i said no now im still out of 3455.00 for the bad check they gave
