I received a notification in the mail saying I won $2,536, 092.23. And all I had to do was fill out the attached Express Notice Tracking Form, along with a total amount of $20.00 fee. Said it had to be postmarked by midnight, 12/05 and it would be delivered by a bonded federal carrier. I didn't think to look it up on line until after the fact. When I looked it up I found tons of other people writing about the same thing. I am also disabled and was so hoping that this was a dream come true... But it wasn't.
