I bought what they advertise as "Geniune Swarovski Crystal" Bracelet. I ordered, paid and when I received them they are incredibly cheaply made with tags that said "Made in China". I called Swarovski HQ and they said they will report NoMoreRack for using their Logo, TradeMark, and selling their product falsely, etc. Called NoMoreRack's customer service line and they didn't care that they scammed me, they just rudely offered for ME to send it back and I will have to pay for shipping, not get my inital shipping refunded and I wont get a refund for the merchandise just store credit as per the terms & conditions. T&C's are void since I didnt get what I paid for I got a cheap generic imitation. I told them NO I want what you advertised! I will be blogging, yelping, BBB'ing, and sharing my experience with everyone I can. Do not buy from this company!!!"
