I bought a voucher from this company in April with $59 for 83% Off Four Days and Three Nights plus $100 in Dining Dollars for 4 in the Great Smoky Mountains. However when we later found that this voucher expired soon in July, we asked for refund but was told that I couldn't get refund and was offered to swap it to another deal for Two-Night Hotel Stay for Two $50 Dining Gift Card from WhiteGloveDeals. I accepted but after I redeemed the voucher in the whiteglove deals website, I received an email notice telling that they would mail me a paper voucher with which I could use to reserve my travel. That email was in Aug. 4. Now 4 months past but I received nothing from this company. I contacted the customer service several times but received no reply. Loclly's customer service phone is like nothing. Always nobody answers the phone. I feel like Loclly and Whiteglove deals were cheating us. Since April, I have got nothing from this company. Please never buy anything from this company again.
