I had previously been in and purchased a car wash in order to receive 20 cents off gas but then I was told I had to purchase both in the same transaction. So on my next visit I did so and then realized that I was only saving 10 cents and not 20. I questioned the female manager about it and was rudely told that I have to purchase a Red, White, or Blue package. When I explained to her that the signs do not say anything about that anywhere, she proceeded to walk me outside and read the signs to me only to realize that I was correct. I told her I wanted this issue fixed. I go in there all the time and this was the second time I had problems with this. While I was outside she came up to my car and handed me 70 cents and said with an attitude, "Here. Here is the 70 cents you would have saved!" She was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She did not show empathy for my concerns at all. Bottom line is, the signs say save 20 cents with any car wash. They do not say anything about red, white, or blue and the manager at this location is very unprofessional.
