99 Cents Only Stores
Price grouching

I went to the 99 cents store today 2-11-09 and I bought water and eggs and laundry products, when she gave me they receipt she had charged me 99.00 cents instead of 99 cents, i asked her why it was 99.99 instead of 99, she said it has all ways been that way, i told her that was not true, she the manager said it has all ways been that way, i went home and got receipts showing on 9-22-08 it was 99 cents, and 0-23-08 it was 99 cents, I told them I had been paying 99 cents and they said it has all ways been that, I have 3 receipts showing 99 cents, if they re was a price increase they should have notified the public there is on signs in the store indicating that, I am unemployed and those pennies they are cheating me out of hurt not only me but others in my situation, I also was discriminated against because I asked them to speak to me in English the manager and they cashier were speaking Spanish to each other about me and I asked them to speak to me in English, I would like to be contacted by a attorney, thank god for the BBB.
