Person with mid-eastern accent telling me I have a virus in my computer that he will fix. Gave me instructions to follow until I realized it was a scam. Since then I have had 3 more calls saying they were from Microsoft or Windows Explorer. He uses my name and now my neighbor is receiving the same calls.
