Do not use paypal! I bought 2 pair of shoes from www.playbeautyme.com for a total of $99.60 (website has since been removed from internet). What I received was a small 2" x 3" envelope with a small rubber pencil in it. Not the shoes I ordered. I emailed the seller twice and got no response. I submitted a claim with PayPal since my payment was handled by them from the website. Since PayPal was given a tracking number by the seller in China, they closed my claim. I was never able to provide photographs of what I received and all of their email transmittals are sent so you cannot reply email to them.
I am now on hold with PayPal for over 30 minutes to speak with someone about this. Their website is terrible and provides no information on how to speak/email a live person. I have removed all of my financial information from their site, as they are clearly doing business with thieves!
