I received a text message that I Won! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code to claim your free $1,000 Target gift card within 24 hours. Once I retreived the website, www.targetwinner.com, I entered the code and a timer clocked down to "0". I did not receive any further instructions about the prize nor did I receive an opportunity to retreived the gift card from Target.
