Received an text message on my phone this morning, stating to "Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 84738 to claim your FREE
$1,000 Target gift card within 24hrs." Says I also entered an entry last month. Why my number? And who is responsible for this ignorance? This message came from 724-970-4654.
