Requesting money for package to be delivered by courier service fee (3) over $250.00. This has only cost me two long distance call that will be costly to me. Mr. Rafael from Relliance called me, I told him what i thought about what they are doing swindle people out of there hard earned money, and I had no intention of sending him a dime, this is a poor country and he should be ashamed of himself. It was scam scam scam written all all through the conversation.
