I used their customer service line: 1-888-211-0675.
This is much more of a general statement rather than a complaint:
I received a phone call that I had "won" a package through the Autumn Lights festival in West Milford, New Jersey. I spoke to Thomas for a while about the details with this trip and was rather pleased. They also told me they threw in two extra weeks at a destination of choice for New Jersey winners due to Hurricane Sandy (I'm reading here that other people had the same offer, so this was a lie).
However, I was a little turned off that Thomas asked me to "hold on" and transferred me to someone else (with out warning) who asked for my credit card number. Stupid me... I should have looked up the company on the internet before making the purchase. I almost felt backed into a corner because the person said this was a "one time thing" and they needed the credit card to reserve my spot. He also said I had 30 days to cancel it.
The next day, I was told that 3 out of 5 in our group also "won" this trip. This is where I became hesitant. I don't even think they did any type of drawing for the price. I probably just looked good on the paper I filled out. I looked on Scambook and other websites and wasn't too thrilled with the mixed reviews
I immediately called and canceled my purchase and had no problem doing so.
Basically, the deal isn't for me. If I am intending to travel, I'll find a cheap hotel on a deal website and won't be locked into a time share pitch. I'm not going to spend extra money to fly to Florida just to use this. It just seems silly.
