I received a text message at 8:31 AM saying, "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 27394 to claim your FREE $1,000 gift card within 24hrs." I didn't "enter" anything for Target. This is a scam and totally unacceptable. According to the phone number it's owned by CELLCO PARTNERSHIP d/b/a Verizon.
