I purchased the green coffee extract from Pure Green Coffee on 9/26 and waited in hopes of receiving it. A month went by and when I received my bank statement I saw they charged me twice. I called the number on my statement and they reimbursed me the $148 overcharge. So I thought the product would be forthcoming but it didn't. I tried calling them again and all calls were being "dumped". Ireported the fraud to my bank and they were investigating. I subsequently ordered the product from a reputable company. Now, I have just received the product ordered over two months ago and want to return it for credit, but I have no way of contacting them to do that. Can you help. This company is still not one with whom I would ever want to deal again.
