They charge you $25.00 to process your winning information. You get a check for one dollar. You've been royaly had. But you can do nothing about it because they have skirted the law. You won! You got your prize... One dollar. They have done what they covertly said they would. The law can't touch them. They clear 24 bucks on the deal.
