I was changed $39.95 TWICE in November.
I called them several times and only got recorded "hold" messages. Noone ever answered. Went to the online support. Agent named Farah responded. Asked what she was selling and she replied, "nothing". Then said she would look up my file but never came back. I did NOT authorize any charges from this BOGUS company! If they can't say who they represent, it's a SCAM!!! Very frustrated! I cancelled my credit card and now have to go through the anguish of getting another card and setting up accounts again. This is a very unprofessional organization with extremely POOR communication skills (if it even is a company at all!)
