I ordered a coach purse and a pair of earrings off a Coach Outlet online store. The purse is a fake and I got the wrong pair of earrings. The items came in a small, cheap box with no return address. I have sent numerous emails to the "Company" wanting a return address so I can send the items back. Of course, I've gotten no response.
