Sold an illegal property by this company. House was a new build and didn't match plans or building licence, they were for an attached building of 55m2 where as we had purchased a detached 100m2 villa! Similar really to buying a Rolls Royce and being given the papers for a MINI!!!
It is now unsellable and it can't be rented out either as it can never obtain the licence to legally rent because of the illegalaties!
We even got an illegally built swimming pool without a licence! And that cost another 15,000euro
