Sign a contract with the Factory LLC in June. It was suppose to take 16 to 18 weeks. It is now 1 year and 5 months we still have no shutters. We paid for them all the money for the shutters with $1,000.00 to be paid once they were done.in the begining we were in contact with the company. Several time someone came out to measure the windows. We called after the 18 weeks and would be told 2 more weeks are 3 more weeks. Then the beginning of the new year after my husband tries calling a few times my husband gets a call from a women saying Perry was very sick but they would be doing the shutters. A couple of months passed try calling. Phones are disconnected. Keep trying. Months go by still disonnected. At that point couldn't even view the website. We contacted the Better business Bureau and explained the problem finally get an email from Perry through the BBB stating that there phones were out due to storms and they have the repair bills to prove it and they will be doing our shutters. We had 5 phone numbers to get intouch with and at least 3 were cell phones so I don't know why he would have a repair bill but anyway my husband starts calling the numbers again and now they work but you have to leave a message because they never answered when he would call So he leaves a message for Perry to call. Perry doesn't call. I decide to try on my cell (which Mr. Perry doesn't know my number) and I don't leave a message. Well later on Mr. Perry calls back and says he had this number on his caller ID and wanted to know if I needed home improvments. I have a total of 8 voice mails from Perry asking if I need home construction. So we are going back and forth through the BBB and I told them when I called from a number Perry don't know he calls back but won't call my husband. A few days later my husband gets a call again from a women saying Perry had been sick and they will be doing the shutters. My husband told her he wanted to talk to Perry not her and she said she will give him the message. He never called my huband. Perry told the BBB he has been in contact with us and again he has records to prove it. The only contact is through the women he makes call because he is so sick he can't make the call himself (but is calling my cell to get jobs) Not one email through the BBB has he ever mention that the reason for the delay was because he was such a sick man. And not once did that women say the storm shutters were delayed due to storm damage. Perry even hung up on my daughter. I decide to call them on the house phone. Perry did not know the number so he calls back wanting to know if we need home construction she said no this is the Pitre residence and we were calling about the shutters. He stutterd probably wanted to crawl in a hole and hung up on her. What kind of business man is that. A good businessman would want a satisfied customer and give the customer a call but not him. And he says he will come and do the shutters. How when he can't talk on a phone how will he talk face to face. We told him (through the BBBof course) if he shows up before calling he will be arrested on the spot. He says he will call before he comes. Guess we will be getting a call from that women. At this point we want our money back and don't want anything to do with Perry Haushalter.
