Thanks, spent thousands of dollars and unit he sold me didnt work from day 1. I called him to come and repair the item and I was shocked when he advised me to call the manufacturer (in Canada). I explained that I purchased the item from him and he installed it-not the company that makes it in Canada. He is their distributer and he got my money. It didnt matter to him that my door was inoperable from day one and now I have defective equipment he refuses to fix. Unprofessional and rude, I cant imagine this company will stay in business. My contracter that hired him (he was the subcontracter) wont use him on any more jobs because he refuses to stand behind his work. It blows me away that he would trade thousands of dollars in future jobs and walk away from a problem instead of simply making it right. He agreed it was still under warranty (after all, it didnt work from DAY 1) he just took the position, that it wasnt his problem. Anyone looking for shower/doors RUN and RUN fast.
