They hide every bit of contact information and try to change it often. They promise credit repair, charge an upfront fee, and contact you regularly and friendly until they get paid. Then they tell you it will be 45 days until you see any results. After 45 days, numerous emails sent, no updates, they ignore you. If you call, you get a very rude phone answering service that tells you to wait even longer. I waited until the last day that I could file a chargeback, then just now it was reversed, they won the chargeback because of the documents they make you sign in the beginning, even laughing while on the phone saying "you don't have to read it, it's long." I'll be seeking legal action against them. They delivered absolutely nothing and stole $450 from me, and a lot of my time.
