This is a follow-up from my last post of Sept. 7th. I mentioned I notified my bank that I wanted them to do a "chargeback" for the full amount that Prime Mango rip me off for and I'm happy to report that it went through yesterday and have been credited back the full amount on my credit card. Prime Mango had no plans to give me my money back even after sending everything back. Now they have a charge back fee they need to pay and they are also listed by the banks as a company with a bad record and having dishonest business practices. So for all you folks that have been ripped off by them, take this action, it feels GREAT!!!
