No delivarance of vehicle paid for since January

I paid US $ 36,130 to Jaba Trading Co for a 2003 Toyota Landcruiser XV in January with the understanding that the car would be shipped not more than four weeks after receipt of the payment. However until today Jaba Trading Co has neither shipped the vehicle nor reimbursed me. Please assist. Dr. Fidelis T. Masao
