I went to the restaurant to see if Ray would correct the mistake or give me my money back. Ray was very nasty and stated that he could not help me even though the order was incorrect. His mannorism was harsh and refused to correct the order or return my money. As a result I ended up throwing the sandwich away with no satifaction or common courtesy. This is an establishment that I purchase breakfast and lunch orders on a regular basis and I feel that my patronage should be recognized with respect as I always give to them. Iwill not return to this establishment for services and will also let my fellow workers know of this experience.
