They robbed me for $199.99 and did not even fixed my pc. Jesus i have experienced great technical support in india regarding tech support with other companies such as iyogi, guruaid, itech247 but this is my first time i have been fooled. Let me add one thing more Indian tech companies are professional and kind of support they provide is awesome and world class because in my knowledge tech support is provided from there in usa, but this itechline is a fraud company. Dont ever get fooled by them.
