My Viper program gave me an error message while up grading to Viper 2013. I looked on Google for the Viper Tech Support.
The number took me to who I thought, and the person on the other end of the line lead me to believe was Viper tech support. It was really ITechLine. They told me I had a very serious problem on my computer and I had to fix it now because other persons had control of my computer and where accessing my banking files as we spoke. Viper has a free repair policy. This person tried to charge me $199.99 to fix my problem. When I asked if this was the Viper Co, They said yes we do all the repair work for Viper and several other anti virus company's. I got the name of the company, ITechLine, looked it up and found 100's of scam alerts.
ITechLine is a SCAM.
I talked with Viper and they fixed my problem within minuets. Nothing was wrong with my computer...
