I use Tmobile for cellular service. For Sept/Oct/ Nov billing, a $9.99 "additional usage" charge appeared for "premium texting services." After reading the fine print and making a few phone calls, I contacted Klutch M.C. Via cell phone. Supposedly, one must enter a code on some website to begin receiving services. I did no such thing. How K.M.C. Got a hold of my info remains a mystery. Tmobile has since blocked K.M.C. At my request. K.M.C. Will not issue a refund, or even explain the services I supposedly received. Furthermore, "Ricardo, badge #7043" was extremely rude and unaccommodating during our phone conversation. This "service" is a scam! A scam that one cannot avoid, evidently, as I never signed up in the first place. Klutch Media Co. Is cheating and stealing from unsuspecting people every month.
