Ordered a pair Ugg boots from a supposedly legit website. "uggbootsforwomen.com. No followup email after ordering and when the boots arrived it was obvious they were fake and there was no return address. Phone number listed on label was "no longer in service.". I have emailed numerous times for a return address but no response.
In order to get reimbursed, my card company informs me that if I cannot return them then I must find a store that carries Uggs and have them document on their letterhead that they are fake. I am determined to do that. Astounding how many complaints there are about this company!!!
