I read an ad for owner financing help. I spoke to the person running this and he said I would have to send at least 5000.00 to start the process. This is where the nightmare began. I wired the money and it took 2 weeks to speak to the finance manager. They stated they were shorthanded due to an employees family member committing suicide. Finally was set up with a realtor who showed me homes. I understood their offers would be low in order to save me money but 30000 dollars below the asking price and they would not budge. I saw 12 homes and fell in love with 2. The person handling my paperwork walked off the job so they were behind once again. After missing deals and making over one hundred call on my cell phone, I decide to ask for my deposit back. I was having a grandaughter in late August and had to provide larger housing. I told this to the sales person who in turn now tells me it is their lawyers fault because they have grown large and cannot handle the amount of new clients to close much less to return funds just be patient. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau and CIG realty responded with an "anticipated date of October 8th". After Hurricane Sandy, I hestitated calling because i knew it would be another reason why I could not receive my funds. I tried yesterday, only to be told that they were finally back in their offices and things should be back on track to the return of my money. Anyone wanting to deal with this company, take my advice and DON'T. It is not worth the 5000.00 headache I have experienced. This has been 4 months as of yesterday with no relief in sight
