I have been trying to secure a loan of $5,000. I came across this company. Well actually it started with Legacy Finance Inc... But then I was put in contact with Gentra... Which I was told was an underwriter for Legacy.
I was told I was approved for the $5000.00 and needed to wire a $400 insurance plus another $40 to send it. But it only cost me $25 to send it Western Union. I was told to call with the ref# when I wired and then I would receive my wired deposit of $5000 wothin 2-4 hours. When it didnt appear in my account, I called and was then told I was a "high risk" loan and they would need another $300.00 insurance deposit. So once again I wired the money Western Union, and called with the ref #. Again was told it would be deposited within 4 hrs. It never appeared. I start calling and that's when the run around beagn! I had been in contact solely with Tomothy Parker 1-877-502-5335 Ext 10. He eithe rdidnt answer nor return calls for 2 days! Finally I get him on the phone and he tells me he made a mistake, that he had been dealing with another Mr Eddy... And got the funds mixed up. I was forwarded to yet another person, Elizabeth Chambers 1-877-502-5335 Ext 46. She assured me they would address the issue and get me my loan. Well, of course nothing happened! SO I called again... Now they tell me they have to give me a loan for $10,000.00 and need an aditonal $300 for insurance! I dont need that much money! I argued with them and said how horrible they treat customers and that they were ripping me off. So then she said she would refund my $700.00 but it would take 15 days... They sure got their money quick, but Im to wait?
Which I have a feeling I won't EVER see my $700 again... And I really NEED this money.
I am also contacting the BBB and wish I knew how to contact the Federal agency that deals with FRAUD! I will look into doing that too.
So DO NOT TRUST ANY ONLINE LOAN COMPANIES! I have a feeling they are ALL frauds!!!
